Thomas Barrett EngTech MIGEM serves as the Portfolio Manager for Energy Operations at Cadent Gas Limited since April 2017, overseeing asset investment portfolios in the East of England. Notable roles include Interim East of England Head of Energy Operations and Project Manager for the Governor Improvement Programme, managing investments for the <7 bar district governor population.
