Jim Johnstone

Jim Johnstone has been working in the field of human resources for over twenty years. Jim began their career as a consultant, before moving into corporate HR leadership roles. Jim has worked as an HR leader for AOL, American Express, and WWE. In their current role as Chief People Officer at Cadent, Jim is responsible for leading the HR organization and developing strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Jim has a proven track record of successfully managing all areas of HR, including talent management, performance management, organizational development, leadership development, total rewards, and employee relations.

Jim Johnstone attended Brunel University London, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and American Studies. Jim also attended King Edward VI Grammar School, Chelmsford, UK.
