Joe Matarese

Joe Matarese has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Joe began their career as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at MIT in 1993. Joe then worked at nCUBE from 1995 to 2004, holding various positions such as Field Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Product Manager, Director of Solutions Engineering, and CTO. In 2005, Matarese joined C-COR as a Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology. Joe later moved to ARRIS in 2007, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology and Vice President and General Manager of the OnDemand Business Unit. Matarese joined Cadent Technology (formerly BlackArrow) in 2012 as the Senior Vice President of Platform Integration.

Joe Matarese has an impressive education history. Joe pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which they completed in 1986. Joe then continued their studies at MIT and obtained a Master of Science degree in Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences by 1988. Joe further advanced their academic career at MIT and received a Ph.D. in Geophysics in 1993.
