James Hancock

Director of Platforms and Technology at CADLearning by 4D Technologies

James Hancock has been in the technology industry since 1996. In 1996, they began as a Programmer for Interlynx. James then moved to Northern Telecom in 1998 as a Software Architect for Interactive Support. In 1997, they were a Software Architect/Network Services for NTN, where they developed integration systems for US parent office data being pulled into Canadian operations. In 1996, they founded Darwin Productions Inc. and in 2003, merged it with Premiere POS to form Tradepoint 360 Inc., where they were the CTO and architected the complete Tradepoint Business Management/ERP solution for small and medium sized businesses. In 2010, they became the CTO of Mobe Inc., where they architected the Mobe FDIC insured Banking Platform and worked with Tradepoint 360 Inc. to integrate banking into the Tradepoint ERP Platform. James then returned to Tradepoint 360 Inc. as the Director of Engineering, where they lead the development of the ground breaking PopMedNet healthcare informatics platform used by Harvard Pilgrim Department of Population Medicine. In 2015, they became the Chief Technology Officer of eMONEco, Inc., leading the development of the eMONEco platform and spearheading the expansion of eMONEco into the global markets. Also in 2015, they became the Director of Platforms and Technology for CADLearning by 4D Technologies, where they lead the development of the next generation of knowledge management systems and cut IT costs by 40% while improving time to market for new educational materials.

James Hancock attended Park Street CI from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their High School degree. James then attended Ryerson University from 1996 to 1997, studying Computer Science. In July 2019, they obtained their Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft.
