Arais Fernandez

Arais Fernandez has worked in various roles throughout their career. Arais started their professional journey as a Secretary at Dezer Development in 2015, where they gained experience in management and customer service. Arais then joined MET 21 Real Estate as an Administrative Assistant in 2017, where they were responsible for establishing effective communication systems and overseeing daily operations.

In 2018, Arais joined Yanbal and served as a Training Analyst, contributing to the learning and development of the Sales Force by assisting in designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies. Arais later transitioned to the role of Communications Analyst, where they worked on issues related to business and product communication until July 2020.

In 2020, Arais joined Grant Cardone Enterprises as a Sales Operations Analyst, starting with their role as a Sales Operations Analyst from September 2020 to August 2021. Arais then took on the position of Senior Sales Operations Analyst from August 2021 to September 2022.

Most recently, Arais has joined Cadmium in 2022 as a Sales Operations Analyst.

Throughout their career, Arais has demonstrated skills in operations analysis, communication, training strategy development, and administrative support.
