Leila al Marashi

Leila Al Marashi has held various roles and positions throughout their career. Leila is currently the CEO and Founder of CADO Gifting, an e-commerce platform in the UAE that offers luxury curated gift options and services. Prior to this, Leila served as the Vice President for Corporate Communications at Tabreed, where they were the first Emirati female to be a part of the leadership team. Leila also worked as an Advisory Board Member at the College of Fashion & Design. Earlier in their career, Leila held positions at Shell Upstream International, where they worked as a Business Opportunity Associate and Communications Advisor, and at SugarVintage Retail and Apparel, where they founded and led their own business. Leila also worked at Shell as a Social Investment Lead, overseeing road safety campaigns and human capital development projects. Additionally, Leila gained experience as an Associate Marketing Manager at Arab Media Group.

Leila Al Marashi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at the American University in Dubai from 1999 to 2004. Leila then pursued a Masters of Science degree in European Business at EDHEC Business School from 2004 to 2006.
