Holly Shea Cappello has a diverse work history with extensive experience in sales and business operations. Holly is currently working as the SVP Global Sales at Cado Security since May 2023. Prior to this, Holly held various roles at Menlo Security Inc. starting from November 2020 to May 2023, including VP Sales, Americas and Director, Enterprise Sales - East.

Before joining Menlo Security Inc., Holly worked for VMware Carbon Black for several years. Holly'sroles at VMware Carbon Black include Senior Director of Sales from October 2019 to March 2020 and Senior Director of Sales, Carbon Black from July 2016 to October 2019. Holly was also the Senior Director of Sales and Sales Operations at Confer Technologies (acquired by Carbon Black) from October 2013 to July 2016.

Holly's earlier work experience includes a role as the Director of Sales at Percussion Software from June 2012 to September 2013 and various positions at Rapid7. At Rapid7, they served as the Director of Sales from October 2010 to March 2012, Director of Sales, Security Solutions from July 2008 to October 2010, Sales Engineering Manager from March 2005 to June 2008, and Inside Sales Representative from March 2004 to April 2005.

Holly started their career at Ericsson as an Implementation Engineer/Consultant from August 1999 to September 2003.

Holly has also excelled in customer service and establishing strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators.

Holly Shea Cappello holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College, with a minor in Computer Science and Economics. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2 in January 2007.
