Charles Hagen

Charles Hagen has extensive experience in aviation and turbine engine mechanics, currently serving as a Technician in Sales, Service, and Training at Cadorath since October 2023. Prior roles include Contractor at MD Helicopters, Inc. and US Sales/Service/Training at Essential Turbines Inc. Charles also held the position of Regional Engine Manager SW at Dallas Airmotive and was a certified Rolls-Royce trainer at AeroMaritime America, where responsibilities included technical sales, field service, and production management. Charles began a career in aviation as a Turbine Engine Mechanic with the US Army, providing repair and maintenance for helicopter engines. Education includes a Train the Trainer certification from the Rolls-Royce Training Center and an A&P Certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
