David Murry

David Murry has over 30 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and over 20 years in various HR roles of increasing responsibility. David has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a large manufacturing partner with multiple facilities in North America. Prior to that, they were the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at CORE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm investing in manufacturing and industrial technology companies. David also founded and served as the President of CHRO4Now, a boutique consulting firm providing HR services to companies undergoing significant restructuring or in need of HR strategy. David held the position of Interim VP of Human Resources at Marmic Fire & Safety Co. and was the Senior Vice President and CHRO at US Silica for 8 years. David has also held HR leadership roles at Arkema Inc., Armstrong World Industries, Dell, and Alcoa throughout their career.

David Murry attended Antioch University Seattle from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Applied Behavioral Science. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1983, they attended Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
