Michael Waugh

Michael Waugh has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and logistics industry. Michael is currently serving as the Business Director at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the President at Heritage Service Solutions, LLC, where they directed operational activities and collaborated with executive leadership to meet company goals. Michael also held the position of Vice President at Jabil, where they were responsible for the development and growth of the Defense and Aerospace Division. Additionally, Michael has served in leadership roles at XPO Logistics - Supply Chain, Flextronics, Jabil Healthcare, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Honeywell, where they gained extensive experience in business development, operations management, and customer relationship management.

Michael Waugh attended Huntington High from 1975 to 1978, where they completed their College Prep education. Michael then went on to the University of Florida from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a BA in History and a Certificate in Asian Studies.
