Stephanie Pensinger

Stephanie Pensinger, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Stephanie is currently the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, where they manage the company's benefits and compensation plans for over 1500 employees. Stephanie has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits and Director of Human Resources at the same company.
