Xavier D. Morales, PhD has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Xavier D. currently works as the Director of Human Resources for the MOWD Business Unit at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, overseeing a team of 14 HR professionals and implementing talent, culture, and development strategies for over 1,200 employees across multiple locations. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Tenere Inc., where they managed the HR department for two locations and supported over 400 team members. Xavier D. also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Xavier also has additional certifications, including The Wharton Executive Certificate in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania obtained in 2019 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM obtained in August 2017.
