Balaji R

Balaji R has extensive work experience in the field of BIM MEP. Balaji is currently the Head of projects at CADS Software India Pvt Limited, where they are responsible for establishing design characteristics, preparing cost estimates, and managing resources. Prior to this, they worked at COWI as the Chief BIM Modeller and BIM Coordinator, overseeing project requirements and leading a team. Balaji also served as a Team Lead at HSS BIM SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd, handling resource allocation and coordinating MEP projects. Balaji began their career as a MEP Senior Modeler at The Magnum Group and previously worked as a CAD Engineer at Apex Powelec.

Balaji R pursued a Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Control Engineering from Anna University from 2002 to 2004.
