Melinda Diaz has extensive experience in healthcare administration and billing, with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2014, Melinda has been a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) at Caduceus, Inc., where responsibilities include evaluating provider charges and responding to inquiries about CPT and ICD-10 codes. Prior experience includes roles at Bergen Regional Medical Center in EDI and claims management, supervising operations at iHealth Technologies' PT Fax, Utilization Management, and MTM programs, and analyzing revenue cycle functions as a Performance Analyst at Hackensack University Medical Center. Melinda began their career in accounts receivable with Drs. Wasserman, Gillon & Reiner, providing insight into the medical billing process.
