Peter Malyshev

Peter Malyshev is a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, a position held since April 2022. In addition, Malyshev serves as the Committee Chairman of the Derivatives, Securitization and Project Finance Committee within the DC Bar since November 2017 and has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and GW University since August 2015 and August 2013, respectively. Previously, Malyshev played significant roles at Reed Smith LLP as a partner and Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and at Latham & Watkins and Winston & Strawn LLP as Of Counsel.
