Wesley Misson

Wesley Misson is a Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where Wesley has served since September 2015. As the Head of Fund Finance, Chair of the Finance Group, and a member of the Management Committee, Wesley leads a prominent trans-Atlantic team that represents credit providers in various complex financial structures for private equity, real estate, and investment funds. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Wesley was a Partner at Mayer Brown LLP from September 2007 to September 2015, where Wesley initially worked as an Associate. Wesley holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
