Britt Irwin, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in operations management. Their most recent role was as Director of Operations at CAE Healthcare. Britt also has extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, having held various management positions at Covidien (now Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group). Britt Irwin, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 1998. Their field of study was Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1993.
In addition to their formal education, Britt Irwin has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2003, they received a Lean Certification from the University of Kentucky. Britt further expanded their expertise by obtaining a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation from APICS in October 2013. Most recently, in February 2023, Britt achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
