Chase Headman has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Chase started their career in 2010 at CAE, where they held various roles including Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Training Lead, Chief Inspector/Quality Assurance Manager, Fleet and Dispatch Manager, and Head of Fleet Operations. In these roles, they focused on improving customer satisfaction, reducing waste, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, Chase worked at Mesa Airlines Pilot Development as an A&P Mechanic from 2011 to 2012 and at Fighter Combat International as an A&P Mechanic from 2009 to 2011.

Chase Headman completed their education at Chandler/Gilbert Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate in Aviation Maintenance. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Basha High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Chase has also obtained various certifications, including a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from CAE in 2015 and an A&P Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2008. Chase also completed a course on developing friendships and connecting meaningfully with work colleagues through LinkedIn in 2021.
