Chris Lowrey has extensive experience in the aviation field, serving as a KC30 Sim Pilot Instructor at CAE since February 2016, where instruction is provided to RAAF pilots on full mission simulations. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Central Flying School from January 2015 to January 2016 as an A FLT Qualified Flying Instructor, training new QFIs for the RAAF. Chris's military career with the Royal Australian Air Force spanned from January 1999 to January 2016, during which time various aircraft were piloted, including PC9, Hawk 127, F111C, and F/A-18F, along with qualifications as a QFI. Additionally, Chris managed a team overseeing F/A-18F aircrew publications and served as Deputy Flight Commander at No 2 Flying Training School from January 2009 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of New South Wales, completion of the Flying Instructors Course, and additional training in flight simulator evaluation.
