Elci Oliveira

Elci Oliveira has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. In their current role as Head of Finance - Latin America at CAE, they lead the finance team across multiple countries and ensure compliance in tax and financial matters. Prior to this, Elci was the Head of Operations and Partner at B.C Trading Company, where they developed profitability and cash flow strategies and conducted studies on applicable legislations. They also served as CFO at Plastic Omnium, managing financial matters for two plants in Brazil. Additionally, Elci has worked in various financial and accounting positions at companies such as Votorantim Cimentos, Nissan do Brasil, Gemalto, Oberthur Gaming Technologies, IECSA - GTA, and Hettich America LP. They have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and team leadership.

Elci Oliveira completed a postgraduate degree at FIA Business School in 2023-2024, focusing on CAP Executivo - Instrumentos Gerenciais - Finanças - Marketing - Gestão de Pessoas. Prior to this, in 2008-2009, Elci Oliveira pursued an MBA in Executivo em Gestão Empresarial at Ibmec. In 2002-2003, Elci Oliveira also obtained an MBA in Executivo em Controladoria de Gestão from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Elci Oliveira's undergraduate studies were completed at FAE Centro Universitário from 1995-1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis.
