Katie Goodyear

Katie Goodyear is a seasoned communications professional with experience in client relationship management and internal communications within the aviation and retail sectors. At CAE, Katie serves as a Client Relationship Leader and Senior Advisor, focusing on internal communications, content creation for the intranet, and the development of communication strategies and corporate events. Prior to CAE, Katie worked at Kroger in various roles, including Associate Communications and Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included producing weekly broadcasts for a large employee audience, managing internal communications, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic campaigns. Katie's career began with a foundation in public affairs and retail management, demonstrating expertise in community relations and team leadership. Katie holds a BBA in Management from Texas State University.
