Lene Tullin Nielsen

Lene Tullin Nielsen has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as Captain and Head of Boat School and Rowing Works at Rainbow on Fiyah since June 2024. Lene has been a Nordic HR Business Partner at CAE since November 2015, supporting training centers across Oslo, Stavanger, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. Previous roles include HR Regional Lead for Tullin HR and HR Operations Manager at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed business controls and operational support. Lene began the professional journey as a teacher, holding positions at Gørlev Skole and Bakkegårdsskolen, and also worked as an HR Consultant and IT Project Manager at Maersk Data. Lene holds an Academy Profession Degree in Computer Science from Niels Brock and a Folkeskolelærer degree from Zahles Seminarium.
