Marjorie Lafrance

Marjorie Lafrance, MBA, serves as the Senior HR Manager for Commercial Aviation at CAE Inc since May 2021, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and focusing on enhancing employee engagement while aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. With a robust background in human resources, Lafrance previously held multiple roles at Nolinor Aviation from July 2015 to May 2021, including Executive Director and Human Resources Director. Lafrance holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, complemented by a Certificate in Labor Law from UQAM.
