Shan He

Shan Shan currently serves as the Director of Global Tax Reporting and Planning at CAE since April 2025. Prior to this role, Shan held the position of Tax Director at Recochem Inc. from November 2022 to April 2025, managing the tax functions for a multinational corporation with over 60 subsidiaries worldwide. With over 12 years of experience in US corporate tax within public accounting, Shan's career includes roles as Senior Manager of US Tax at Dorel Industries, Senior Manager at EY, US Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, and Senior Tax Analyst at Deloitte. Shan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Accountancy from Concordia University.
