Dannie Bricknell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Atos, where responsibilities included managing a team of 18 staff supporting the IT infrastructure for McDonald's restaurants across the UK and ROI, along with roles as a 1st Line Technician and 2nd Line Technician, focused on troubleshooting technical issues. Dannie holds an Advanced Diploma Level 3 for IT Professionals from Zenos IT Academy, completed in 2010.
