Joel Sherman

Joel Sherman has been working in the technology field since 2006. In 2006, they began as a Computer Repair Technician at Great Lakes Electronics. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Contractor PC Field Technician at Barbeau Enterprises Inc, and then as a PC Field Technician at Smart Source Inc. In 2009, they also worked as an On Site Computer Technician at Main Gate Inc and a Desktop Analyst Contractor at NuTechs. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a PC Analyst at Delta Dental of Michigan and then as a Desktop Support Analyst at Caelum Research Corporation. Joel is currently working as a Configuration Analyst at Alion Science and Technology since 2019.

Joel Sherman attended Henry Ford College in 2009, where they earned a Cisco Networking Academy degree in Cisco networking. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Cisco Networking Academy for System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. In 2003 and 2004, they attended Wayne County Community College and earned a degree in Computer Repair. In 2014, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification and is currently working towards a CompTIA A+ certification.
