Arran Harding

Arran Harding is an experienced Desktop Support Analyst currently employed at SiteMinder since April 2019. Previously, Arran worked at Apple from October 2013 to April 2019 as a Genius, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing Macintosh computers and iOS devices. Earlier roles include Technical Operator positions at Sydney University and Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where technical support and audio equipment setup were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes IT Technician at DDB Sydney, providing helpdesk support for a large staff, and Sound Engineer at the ElectroFringe Festival, among other roles. Arran holds a Master's degree in Creative Sound Production from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from The Australian National University.
