Michael "Mike" Gross

Mike Gross has held various positions in the industry since 1992. Michael "Mike" began their professional career at QinetiQ North America as Vice President, where they supervised Division Program Managers and acted as Program Manager for the US Army Sample Data Collection Program. In 2013, they joined Engineering Solutions & Products as Director of Operations. In this role, they served as the company's Capture, Proposal and Transition Manager for a major Army field data collection and analysis program. Michael "Mike" interviewed and selected teammates for Request for Proposal response, served as the company lead for the technical and management volume development, and managed transition functions such as identifying candidates for prospective positions and communicating the same to teammates. In 2015, they joined Caelum Research Corporation as Program Manager.

Mike Gross received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1986. Michael "Mike" then went on to receive their Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1999.
