Jacob Hebner has a diverse work experience. Jacob currently works for Caesar Rodney School District, where they hold the positions of Head Lacrosse Coach and Special Education Teacher. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach for the same school district. Jacob also has experience as an Assistant Store Manager at LIDS Sports Group. Jacob has also worked as a Supervisor of Visitor and Employee Services at Braddock's Battlefield History Center. Jacob served in the US Army as an Infantryman, holding various roles such as United States Special Forces Candidate, Airborne Infantry, Grenadier, and Radio Telecommunication Operator. During their time in the army, they also served as an NCOIC of Battalion Public Affairs, Team Leader, Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. Before joining the army, Jacob attended Gettysburg College, where they graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts, focusing on Modern American History and Modern German History. Jacob also worked as a Docent at Spirt of Flight, giving informational tours to guests and restoring a de Havilland Gipsy Queen engine. Additionally, they worked briefly as a Dishwasher at Old Chicago Restaurants.

Jacob Hebner completed their education at various institutions. Jacob earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Modern European History from Duquesne University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Gettysburg College from 2010 to 2014. Jacob also received a high school diploma from Monarch in 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including Range Safety Officer from Fort Carson, CO in February 2018, Unit Prevention Leader from the Army Substance Abuse Program in January 2018, and Training Aids Devices, Simulators & Simulation System Operator from TSC-Fort Carson, CO in June 2017.
