Michelle Flanders

Michelle Flanders is an experienced educator currently serving as an Instructor at Caesar Rodney School District and as an Assistant Principal at John S Charlton School, positions held since August 2017 and August 2015 respectively. Prior to these roles, Flanders was the Associate Principal and a Special Education Teacher (Autism) at Capital School District from January 2002 to July 2015. Flanders began the teaching career at AFNORTH International School from June 1998 to June 2001 as a Special Education Teacher. Flanders holds a Master's degree in Administration of Special Education from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Central Oklahoma.
