Chris Willard

Chris Willard serves as the VP and Chief Corporate Counsel for Marketing and Privacy at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since 2021, following previous roles within the same company, including VP & Chief Counsel for Marketing from 2015 to 2020. Willard has extensive legal experience in the entertainment industry, having worked as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property and Executive Director of Business & Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal from 2011 to 2015. Earlier positions include Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Comcast Entertainment Group and Counsel at E! Entertainment Television. Willard began a legal career as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and as a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Government & Economics from Cornell University.
