Colleen M. Schmitz is an accomplished leader in luxury sales and marketing, currently serving as Vice President Global Luxury Sales & Partnerships at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. and Luxury Experience at Nobu Hotel Las Vegas. She will be launching a new VIP Hospitality division in Q1 2026.

Colleen brings extensive experience in strategic revenue generation and partnership development across various luxury hospitality brands, including previous roles as Director of Leisure Sales at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and Complex Director at Salmon Falls Resort and The Ketch. Colleen's expertise spans global luxury partnerships, marketing strategies, and team management, supported by a strong educational background in hospitality and sales from Master Connections Associates and MGM Resorts University.
