Damien Villarreal

Damien Villarreal, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Caesars Entertainment since November 2024, Damien oversees HR operations for the Caesars Palace Resort & Casino, managing a workforce of 8,000 employees and multiple collective bargaining agreements. Prior roles include management positions at CHANEL and as Director of Human Resources at Golden Nugget Las Vegas, as well as various HRBP roles at LVCVA and the City of North Las Vegas. Damien began the HR career at PENN Entertainment, Inc., and gained early experience at the College of Southern Nevada and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. An alumnus of the College of Southern Nevada, Damien holds an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources Management.
