Jason Rinta

Jason Rinta currently serves as the Regional Director of HR Performance, Culture, and Training at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jason managed the restaurant operations at Hell's Kitchen and worked in various capacities within Caesars Entertainment, including Manager and Community Relations Specialist. Jason has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, having held positions such as Food and Beverage Manager, Pool Operations Manager, and Beverage Operations Manager. Earlier in Jason's career, leadership roles at Roundy's Supermarkets included Co-Director of Store Operations, contributing to the opening of three new stores. Jason's educational background includes studies at Cornell University and a degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
