Kaitlen McKinnon

Kaitlen McKinnon serves as the National Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic team at Caesars Entertainment, focusing on selling nine Las Vegas properties since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kaitlen was the Director of Group Sales at Benchmark, Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle, overseeing sales for Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort from March 2021 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Sales at Costa d’Este and Cardozo South Beach Miami, Director of Event Planning at Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, and various roles at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, where achievements included managing large-scale catering events and increasing accuracy in F&B forecasting. Kaitlen's career began at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, where foundational roles in housekeeping and front desk operations were established. Kaitlen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and continues education at Napa Valley Wine Academy and BarSmarts.
