Linda Schmitz

Linda Schmitz is a seasoned technology and business management executive with extensive experience in leading IT functions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation since July 2011. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Digital Business Management, Linda oversees a variety of areas including Portfolio and Financial Management, Demand Management, and Talent Partnerships, successfully reducing technology costs by 10% through consolidation and optimization. Previously, Linda held roles as Senior Director of Finance and Director of Finance, where significant achievements included annual strategy development for IT and cost savings of $45 million through effective budgeting and planning. Prior experience at Parker Aerospace involved designing flight control systems and facilitating IT strategy discussions for engineers. Linda holds an MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine.
