Nichole Radcliff

Nichole Radcliff SPHR is an experienced professional in human resources management and talent development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Enterprise Director of Talent Development at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since September 2003, Nichole oversees HR functions for a diverse employee population within the gaming and hospitality sectors, with expertise in change management and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Nichole held various positions at Mohave Community College from July 2013 to July 2020, including Enterprise Director of Learning & Development and Associate Faculty/Professor, focusing on adult learners in business-related courses. Earlier experience includes roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from 1993 to 2003, where Nichole managed training and development initiatives. Nichole holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership & Development from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
