Wolfgang Fischer is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Food & Beverage and Vice President of Culinary Operations at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since 2016, Wolfgang previously held the position of Culinary Director at Solaire Resort and Casino from 2012 to 2015. Wolfgang's career includes significant roles as Executive Chef at prestigious establishments such as Emirates Palace, Wynn Macau, and InterContinental Hotels Group, as well as Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, Wolfgang contributed as Chef de Cuisine at Raffles Hotel Singapore and as Sous Chef at The Westin Philippine Plaza early in the career.
