Mirit Ben Harush Shmilovich

Mirit Ben Harush Shmilovich has extensive work experience in various managerial and program management roles. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate, starting as a Program Manager and subsequently moving up to head the Program Management & Strategy department in the Global Supply Chain. Mirit then took on the role of Global Customer Experience & Distribution Centers Manager before being promoted to Director of Global Logistics. Prior to that, they worked at Sanmina as a Program Manager and later as a Business Unit Manager from 2014 to 2018. Mirit also gained experience as a Business Analyst at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services from 2011 to 2014.

Mirit Ben Harush Shmilovich attended Braude Academic College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering. Mirit also holds additional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Chief Risk Officer from Dun & Bradstreet, both obtained in 2020.
