Beatriz Schippner

Beatriz Schippner is a seasoned professional in communications and capacity building with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive in Training and Communications for Climate Financing at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe since May 2025, Beatriz previously held several significant roles, including Communications Senior Associate at UNOPS and Specialist in Capacity Building for Green Climate Financing at CAF. With a robust background at UNDP as a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist focused on Sustainable Productive Landscapes in the Peruvian Amazon, Beatriz also contributed to UNOPS and the United Nations in capacities that strengthened communications strategies. At The World Bank, Beatriz served as Regional Communications Officer for the Water and Sanitation Program. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Philology and Archaeology from Heidelberg University, specialization in methodology for experience systematization from CATIE, and postgraduate studies in communications from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
