Enrique Zapata

Enrique Zapata is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data intelligence, GovTech, and open government initiatives. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Artificial Intelligence and GovTech at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe since May 2019, Enrique has previously held significant roles such as Head of the National Anticorruption Platform at the Sistema Nacional Anticorrupcion and various leadership positions at the Presidency of the Republic of Mexico, focusing on open data and public innovation. Enrique's academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Public Administration from the Instituto Nacional de Administracion Pública and master's degrees from the University of Oxford and Universidad Católica de Ávila in Public Policy and Data Science, respectively.
