Juan Carlos Reyes Q. has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations. Juan Carlos also has a master's degree in International Development: Public Policy and Management from the University of Manchester, which they obtained as a Chevening Scholar (2015-2016). Additionally, they completed the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program at Georgetown University (2014) and obtained another master's degree in International Development: Public Policy and Management as a Chevening Award recipient (2015-2016). Juan Carlos also pursued further education in Political Science and Government, earning a diploma in Analysis and Construction of Political Scenarios from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO Argentina) (2012), as well as a diploma in Applied Political Prospective from PAPEP (2012). Their undergraduate studies include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidad Católica Boliviana (2007-2011) and a program in International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2009-2010). Additionally, Juan Carlos has a certification in Data Storytelling and Visualization from The Economist, obtained in 2023.
