Rosa Montoya

Rosa Montoya possesses extensive experience in financial consulting and project management, with a current role as Ejecutiva Principal Asesoramiento Financiero at CAF since October 2017. Prior to this position, Rosa contributed to EY as a Gerente in Finanzas Corporativas & Transacciones and held various consulting roles within the public sector, including at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas del Perú and OSITRAN.
