Percy Perleus has worked in various roles in the construction industry. Percy started their career as a Trainee at Bravida, where they gained experience in project cost calculations and small project management. Percy then joined ÅF AB as a Projektledare VVS, where they worked as a project manager and designer for HVAC systems in building projects. Percy worked on all stages of the projects, from system documents to finished construction. After that, Percy joined Akelius Fastigheter as a Senior Construction Manager, focusing on apartment upgrades and capital projects. Percy was involved in the entire process, from investment decision to completion of construction. Currently, Percy is working at CA Fastigheter AB as a Construction Manager Capital Projects, specializing in identifying underperforming assets and determining the best new use for them. Percy is responsible for evaluating construction projects and calculating costs, occasionally acquiring properties if the price is fair.
Percy Perleus attended Vannarödsskolan from 1997 to 2000, where they did not achieve a specific degree or study in a particular field. Percy later enrolled at Hässleholms Tekniska Skola HTS from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Gymnasieexamen (high school diploma) with a focus on Teknik (technology). Continuing their education, Percy attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University between 2005 and 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Byggingenjör/Husbyggnadsteknik (Construction Engineering/Building Technology). Finally, in 2015 to 2016, Percy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Akelius University, specializing in Residential Real Estate.

The business of CA Fastigheter was founded in Kalmar, in 1912, by Claes Johansson, the grandfather of the current owners. In 1947, the company name was changed to Claesson & Anderzén, when Edvin Claesson, the son of the founder, took over the business. The construction business continued, performing construction for outside parties, as well as erecting buildings to be managed by the company. The latter group of buildings from this period is still owned by the CA group, and constitutes the foundation of today’s real estate holdings. The group is currently owned by Magnus and Johan who are brothers and represent the third generation of the Claesson family. Today CA Fastigheter is represented primarily in Sweden, but also in Germany, Estonia and Russia. At the end of 2014, the CA group owned real estate area of more than 650,000 sq. meters. More than 42 per cent of these holdings consist of residential units, with the remaining area devoted to commercial space, such as stores, offices, hotels and storage areas. The CA group is developing both properties currently in our portfolio, as well as acquisitions, with a current emphasis on residential and commercial property development.
