Remus Cismas serves as Regionchef Malmö at CA Fastigheter AB since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Bjurfors from August 2007 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed Försäljningsansvarig - Nyproduktion and Fastighetsmäklare - Nyproduktion, focusing on market research, analysis, and concept development for housing projects in collaboration with contractors and architects. Additionally, Remus Cismas founded Nyprojekt i Sverige AB in July 2015, a platform dedicated to listing newly constructed homes and plots in Sweden, and worked as a real estate agent at Mäklarhuset from September 2005 to August 2007. Academic qualifications include a degree in Real Estate from Malmö University, completed in 2006.
