Rhonda Schofield-Teal

Rhonda Schofield-Teal currently serves as the Head of Practice at Cafcass since December 2021, following a role as Improvement Manager at the same organization from May to December 2021. Prior to these positions, Rhonda worked as a Service Manager at Cafcass from January 2017 to May 2021 and held a similar title at Westminster City Council from January 2013 to August 2016. Rhonda's career began as a Family Intervention Project Manager at Nottinghamshire County Council from June 2007 to December 2012. Educationally, Rhonda earned an Executive MBA from Nottingham Business School, a Trust Certificate in Systemic Supervision from The Tavistock and Portman, a Post Graduate Certificate in Managing Public Services from Northumbria University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Nottingham Trent University.
