Eric Cai

Eric Cai has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in operations management. Eric currently holds the position of General Manager for Café de Coral Holdings Limited in China and Macau, as well as the Director of Casual Dining in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Eric worked at McDonald's for over 14 years, serving as the Senior Operation Manager and leading the McCafe's operation and brand in the North Region. Eric also has a Master's degree in EMBA from Macau University of Science and Technology.
