Folabi Ogunsanya is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Head Chef at The Locks Perth since March 2024. With extensive experience as Chef at Cafe Deluxe since October 2017, Folabi thrives in fast-paced environments focused on catering and in-house dining. As a Chef Consultant for Tahi Technologies since September 2016, Folabi contributed to the development of an innovative cooking device called Oliver, overseeing quality testing and food preparation. Previous roles include Head Chef at Big Daddy's Bourbon Street Bistro and a sales representative for National Home Services. Folabi holds a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, a Culinary Management degree from Algonquin College, a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, and has been recognized as an Ontario Scholar for international business and economics at Columbia International College.
