Prior experience includes a writing sabbatical during which Kate authored a commercial fiction thriller novel and engaged in international mission work. In the role of Senior Tax Analyst at Cargill, Kate managed tax computations for multiple countries and led departmental process improvements. Kate's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business, completed in 2008.
