Franklin Malézieux

Franklin Malézieux currently serves as the Responsable adjoint at Café Joyeux, overseeing café operations and supervising a team that includes staff with disabilities. Prior experience includes roles such as Development Coordinator at Afuté, where Franklin managed apprentices with disabilities and developed partnerships for their inclusion, and Program Coordinator at Enfants du Mékong, assisting Filipino project leaders in social initiatives. Franklin's earlier positions encompass roles in management and customer service at Cojean and Bio C’Bon, along with analytical positions at Sodexo and IVALIS Group. Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, and Engineering of Food Products from EM Normandie Business School and has pursued further studies in agricultural engineering and international education.
